    Customer Service???

    One can only find so much fault after a disaster. Its in the best interest of the company to get everyone back in service so billing can begin again. I did not get billed for the 8 days my service was out and assume FTR is similar.

    Customer service is people also and they often respond in similar fashion the their treatment. Maybe they had reason to hang up. Just saying
