FTR CEO is a director at Xerox and Proctor and Gamble. She can't run FTR correctly yet she has time to be a director at two other companies. She should spend her time to FTR only, to get this company moving in the right direction. We have a TROPHY CEO in MAGGOT .
"Hey, ever think that she needs those part time jobs?
How many other FTR employees moonlight?"
Well, true but FTR directors get $150k + $15 - $20k more for heading a committee like the FTR BOD Compensation Committee -- which is an important role. I believe it's around $2k for a telephone meeting -- I assume travel expenses are reimbursed for physical meetings.
I believe half of the $150k base BOD comp is in stock at a discount when issued. This info is buried toward the end of the 10k.
I wonder if anyone on the FTR BOD know someone on a Board Maggie is on?
They don't do tit for tat do they? I think that's only for regular folks.
So I'll wager not many FTR employees moonlight at the rate of $2k for a telephone call.
