I have voted no to all of the mgmt. supported proposals. baggie needs to have more performance based pay, and less salary. And the performance part should include share price appreciation. Shareholders are the owner baggie, NOT YOU. This is not your personal piggy bank, and if you can't do the job, BOD - LET SOMEONE ELSE DO IT.
I think FTR is a good company full of employees who work hard and expect so see FTR do well as a result. Keeping baggie rotter at the helm is not only hurting shareholders, it is hurting rank and file employees as well. Time for a change!
