    Naked shorting

People are worried about the Amazon threat, but I still like to look at my tv before I buy it. Also like to buy it the same day. Best Buy is hurting also because they owe so much debt. HGG in a better position fundamentally.

Looking at this as a time to buy

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

I'll gladly buy online if the online retailer features sharp, pictures with multiple angles and zoom along with complete specs. It also helps that I can save 5 to 15% even though I pay state sales tax. I can shop shop at 2 am in my underwear if I want. Not having deal with pesky sales rep is a plus and having it delivered straight to my door is very convenient. I do my research online and I buy when I'm ready. If I need it quick, I'll buy it at Costco after online research and I'll still avoid the nuisance of a sales rep breathing down my neck while still saving 5 to 20%. HH Greg is building a lot of stores. I just don't see how they're going to pay for all of them.

      • There are plenty of tvs with specs and do dads up the ying yang, but when it comes right down to it, you have to actually look at the tv's to compare the picture quality. Can't really do that at Amazon, can you?

I don't know maybe I'm wrong. Maybe most people go to pottingsoil.com instead of Lowes to get their potting soil. Or pets.com instead of Petsmart to get pet supplies.

So Iet's close up all the Dunkin Donuts shops too, because I'll be buying a dozen glazed from Amazon next.

Amazon and books? Perfect match. No competition. Amazon and electronics? Naaaaah.
