They certainly talked to all the shop channels in the early BT days, when they wanted (needed) them for initial exposure. At that time C&C was putting great effort into getting on one or more shop channels. It also requires a manufacturer partner. They ended up on shopnbc and subsequently shopathometv. These days C&C is more focused on getting into retail chains and growing SSS. But I suspect they are keeping communications open with QVC, just not as much focus. (Note that they are currently making progress at HSN).
