I agree with previous post; if the contracts are made void, prices would immediately go higher than the contract price and KAL would be back in the same boat... I almost would wish that on these socialists.

1. The end of power deregulaion. 2. Massive power shortages - particularily in CA. 3. Possible Bankruptcy for CPN and Williams. 4. No new construction again in CA by the private sector. This will likely mean an eventual government takeover of the CA power industry. 5. High Long term power costs in CA.
