If we have to purchase the REIT, u think it would be better to keep WIN or purchase the REIT?
In the WIN Investor Presentation I read that WIN assumes that each share of WIN will receive one share
of the of the new REIT.
However.....WIN stated that the final ratio of how many exact shares of the REIT will be distributed to
each WIN share ...will have a final determination at a later date.
WIN hopes for a 1 to 1 ratio but will not commit to that at this time.
Same thing for the dividend plan for the REIT security.......... it assumes a 60 cent annual pay out.
The devil will be in the details on this new type of transaction, I bet...!
Looks like it is going to be its own reit. Wonder what price it will be offered at.
We need to find out exactly what assets will be transferred into the WIN REIT security.
No way of knowing this today...........
