Michael, several years ago, we would hear a tidbit about Atherox and anti-Atherox in most conference calls, but not so in recent years-- perhaps one indication that the Japanese licensing Doctor was justified in his lawsuit. Even if, as a result of the new agreement, Corgenix recommits to good faith and due diligence in continuing to develop these products, I don't see where the resolution of the lawsuit presages acquisitions, etc.
JMO, I'm not saying CONX is going to get acquired but a acquiring company does not want any lawsuits to impede the movement of the transaction. It is also possible that the Japanese Doctor was given equity in the company. I have no proof of any of this just making a point for discussion. I've seen it before in companies that I have worked during the due-diligence phase. I've held this stock since 200 7so like all involved hoping for things to turn around.
