Unfortunately for me, I was flat CYMI. Had been in/out of it for about 3 years up until earlier this year and had made some money, most of it the hard way surviving 2008 and the lows in the teens. Missed the buyout, they are not possible to catch unless you are a buy/hold and get "lucky". It sure is the one thing that will absolutely destroy a short position since they are so unpredictable on a timing basis. Jamul, while you are enjoying a great day, I am pretty sure that you would have liked to see CYMI stay independent and perform strongly fundamentally and achieve even greater heights in the stock price over time than just today's pop but that is not to be as ASML absorbs it and looks make CYMI accretive to their bottom line.
