Many thanks for the heads up on that article. A little dated but the news flow from November has continued to accelerate and re-confirm the points made.
The silence is deafening and the frustration is palpable for many on this board. However, when everyone is down on an investment - that is the time to be buying. It is scary (I know firsthand having bought most of my MLP positions back in 2008 and 2009) but that is how you make money. See Jim Rogers latest video on CNBC a week or so ago. I have corresponded with him in the past. He will be the first to state his timing is terrible (mine personally stunk on this one) but you need to do your homework and go against the consensus and buy when an investment is out of favor and under appreciated.
Patience will be rewarded. The acreage is worth more than $4-5k per acre we are currently seeing reflected in the unit price - excluding the ORRI.
