    98 days into 2013

    98 days into 2013
152 days since John walker said 51 days was enough time to do a deal.
39 Days since John Walker revised his prediction to between 1 month and the remainder of the year.

I want to share with you that I am disappointed that we've not executed the purchase and sale agreement yet. Fundamentally, the bids have to meet our expectation county-by-county and terms must also be acceptable and must conform to standard industry terms. I am leading the negotiations with a highly experienced team and I want to repeat we're not going to do a transaction that does not deliver an attractive price and acceptable terms. We will announce each deal as it is signed, but I believe that the process could take anywhere from a month to the remainder of the year. Believe me; I am spending an overwhelming amount of my time on this important process.

    and then

John Ragozzino - RBC Capital Markets

With 51 days to the year end, can you comment on the difficult sides or the minimum sides I guess, the amount of time that it would take to close a transaction of this size and how that weighs into your targeted close of the four year end.
    John Walker - Executive Chairman

Well, I’d say that our goal continues to be year-end, and so I guess that’s all I can say, is that I feel like its still achievable. So I guess 51 days is the answer.
John Ragozzino - RBC Capital Markets

Alright, and just to clarify on someone else’s question before, did you mentioned that you are going to wait until multiple deals are going to be closed before you make an announcement. So effectively that may mean that you’re potentially already in position of a PSA and the time to close has already began.
    John Walker - Executive Chairman

Mark Houser - President & Chief Executive Officer

Of course as things are material, there’s competitive and strategic reasons and also materiality levels and if things are deemed to be material then it won’t be disclosed

    • bag holder dating back to fall 2011... starting to look more and more like this may be my worst investment dating back to backing tom ward at SD.... boy was that a #$%$. time for management to come out and give investors reason to stick around.

    • This is a real POS pile of turd. Day after day, it's as if this stock doesn't even exist and I simply thre my money out the window of my car. They spend an entire year promoting this one deal. Now since November of last year they've not said a word about the company itself. What are they doing to build shareholder value? File SEC quarterlies and basicly ignore shareholders for months at a time. Garbage stock.
