For a healthy short squeeze to happen, we all have to band together and boycott selling at depressed levels. Gotta think big, friends.
If you bite, the price action will stop. Those of you who bought big around $3 might be VERY tempted to sell here. Do as you please. But remember, any profits you make will bring your total cost basis down just a fraction. When selling, think about your HIGHEST cost tax lot. Yes, they don't teach you this on CNBC or the Cramer school. They only tell you what to buy. So when putting your highest tax lot position into play, if you sold those shares, would you be experiencing a gain or a loss?
If a loss, Goldman wins.
If a gain, you win.
But let's be more practical. Take your highest cost lot and your lowest cost lot. Average the two, and THAT is your personal price target. Be patient and wait for that. When that price comes, sell 60%. Then play with that 40% (the house's money), being careful not to add new money.
