I'm brand new to AKS, and have been thinking about starting a small position.
In the past, I have been involved in a couple of companies where management seemingly didn't have investors best intentions in mind and don't want to find myself involved in another one.
What is the general sentiment towards management and could you enlighten me on the proxy vote?
How could things get better or worse after the vote?
Thanks in advance for your comments, I appreciate your time.
I'm going to wait until a few days before the meeting date on May 30. Going to give Wainscott and this board one last chance to divorce themselves from special interests. If we're not above $4.50 by next month, I'll vote against everything on the proxy ballot.
