They take a substance and hope ng molecules will be attracted to this substance and so be compacted
They would charge this substance and attract ng molecules
Ng is a molecule and not an atom ,molecules are in balance and so will not be attracted to a charge
All atoms have sub orbits
If the last sub orbit is not full it shares electrons with other atoms to fill its last sub orbit
A molecule is there for stable and unless you break up the substance its not going to be attracted to a charge
So far I have not seen how this will work and it has been study for years and so far no progress
where it will be there in the future
