They need to sell off US Pipe or what is left, two plants and the product line. In three years US Pipe has closed Chatt, Burlington, North Birmingham. Instead of closing assets they should had sold US Pipe like D. Tepper was trying to do 4 years ago. IMHO Chatt, North Birmingham were closed due to no management skills present. Burlington closed due to NJ. Technically though US Pipe can sell off Mueller and we all would be better off.
