I think the scare of higher interest rates and bad mfg report spooked this thing, its PE is high but its likely rate of growth more than justify that, still any scare in the housing market ie higher int rates will drive this down, hopefully next earnings report supports 8 plus.
Yeah, I can see a good Summer/Fall for these guys too. My problem is, and remains, the inability to sell a stock at a perceived high. I tend to target a $ figure or a timeframe for review...in this case, I'm picking the typical end of a building season so I'll reevaluate in Oct/Nov barring a significant happening.
meh...it climbed fast...not a big surprise to correct a bit.
On the psitive side, yet another article in the major news media concerning the sad state of the American drinking water supply system. emergence from this "never let go" economic decline spells fairly good news for the future of this company. Personally, I this $10+ is doable by the end of the year. Definitely by Spring.
I dont know. You would think that profit taking would end at about a five percent drop. So now I think it might be that some of the most promising companies get driven down for attractive accumulation prices. And then the wolves can somehow keep it down for months, but they have to attack early. They seem to attack right after earnings so that it does not stay up for long, that way they interrupt the momemtum and it escapes market notice and is less likely to attract buyers.
