Recruitment of Indian Programmers can not be yardstick of performance. This can be a reson for downfall. If this happens, I have to stay away from this stock. HAKI has to recruit good programmers, analyst, tech lead and project management people. I am not against Indian Programmers and I have heard a lot of good about them.
HAKI has to take complete project and execute it to have better performance. If it acts like a recruiting company, its share price will swing like a pendulam.
