      ????

Most people know what "dead money" means. For example, the money I had invested in GCFB for the last two years essentially did nothing up until now. If I had invested that same money in metals ( copper, silver, gold, etc.) as I have with most of my portfolio, I would have been much better off. Hence the term "dead money".

However, with that being said, GCFB could turn out to be a major winner for shareholders. The product is great. Every restaurant that I have been to has been full, and now with a new management team, better lease rates, solid financial backing, and hopefully the expansion out of the midwest and into the southern states, this could turn out to be great. The street seems to like it.
