The Facebook page for this company only has 180 likes.
How many bags of coffee are you selling with only 180 likes?
This is a typical pump and dump and a lot of people will be screwed. You just have to get out at the right time before the frauds of this company, the directors screw everyone over.
It probably won't go over $4 per share since that would truly bring scrutiny from the SEC.
They valued this agreement at $600,000 - yet the stock trades at a market cap of $130,000,000 --------
Instead of telling everybody it is a s-short why don't you mortgage the house and tell nobody instead of badmouthing. Obviously things are going much better than you portray or the stock would be .50 I believe the Marley name is worth millions and that is reason enough for me as the name and marketing will take it far. Is the stock curremtly overprised? Probably, bit within a year I bet it is much higher than it is today.
They did....check Reuters from 4/20, when they had the Amazon promotion selling their 1 Kilo bags of their special roast. They acknowledge that it was just a drop in the bucket, but the bucket doesn't get full without the first drop....I guess we'll have to agree to disagree, and meet back here in October, and see what this company has or hasn't done.
Some reports are that it was less than $700 worth before they ran out.
Don't you think that the fact that they have not had a PR release telling us about the sales success they are having is strange for a company that is so proud of its roaring start?
How much do you think the "BOB MARLEY" BRAND IS WORTH? 10's M, 100's M... Considering that pretty much everyone in the world has heard of the name MARLEY....
this company isn't paying a dime for it...It's a pretty nice start nonetheless.
Your statement is patently false.
KO has the formula on their books for the price old Chandler paid for it in 1888. He only paid a few hundred dollars. GAAP does not allow you to "mark up" a historical cost for an intangible.
There are 100's of goodwill writedowns annually precisely because the intangibles were overstated on the books.
I'm a CPA. I know the GAAP quite well.
Perhaps it is YOU, my friend, who should pick up a book every now and then.
