They can by all they want within SarOx
I gaurantee you...they can buy or sell stock within 30 day notice per SarOx. Alks wishes their directors would buy some !!! The co. doesnot have a trade restriction ...That only occurs during lockups, and there arent any.

  Actually daytraider is right. My friend at Alks says they have a trading restriction through Oct 1. They sign an insider trading policy as a term of employment, so trading on the sly is a no-no. The beauty of employment at-will!

    THEY almost always know more than you and I, that is why Thompsons and others track it and trade from it. It is legal and hard to prosecute. The only time they prosecute is when they sell before bad news.
