a real trader realizes that stocks go up and down all the time loocking at charts and past history of how stock moves on a dayly weekly average you have a real good chance to get the stock at your price now if the stock is on fire you prob wont get it but good investors figure there r other stocks out there with selling market orders you dont know what your stock will sell for THE UNKNOWN risky most traders have an exit price in mind when selling not give me what you feel like .........options are a totally different thing and they cant tell you what to sell for enough with the lessons good trading to u
yes, probably met highest bid in early PM...only reason to do that is cause one is out of cash, and wants to jump in daytrading somewhere....was off to 'chase'. And what lousy timing to get out of ALKS!
very strange, since brokerages get the best price, whether buy or sell. If someone simply met a low bid, it's a kid looking for the cash to daytrade something. Stupid timing...we're just a short time away from good news.
