The earnings "gain" is all due to reduced shares and lack of litigation charges. LOL
One litigation, the profit is wiped out. "Return to profit" is a laughing joke. Visa has more consumer related litigation, I am sure. The accounting trick is what it is. Just my two cents. I could be wrong, but, I am not paying $180 for the shaky operation. I am short. It is free country, after all. Just my opinion.
