    WalMart had a choice, they could have, like Costco, said "We do not accept Visa."

    Just like WalMart's employees can work elsewhere if they feel they get paid too low, or their customers can go elsewhere if they feel they are being charged too high. I suppose WalMart would then agree with the mentality that it would make sense for customers to initiate litigation against them if they feel they have been overcharged, and also that they should be sued by their employees for paying too little?
