Insiders did not even think this stock is worth this much
Insiders started to dump the stock heavily when the stock was at twenty something. That is the price point where most insiders believed this stock was already too expensive. Beyond $30 for this stock is simply too much to pay for a boring energy company that can reverse back to report losses any time.
The insiders sell should have given silly longs strong hints already. They knew the revenues topped out last quarter already. Compare that to the GPRE insiders bought stocks just a couple of weeks ago. It is very obvious that this stock is ripe for a major fall while GPRE is ripe for a major rally.
