Today is Sunday here; reading the annual report. It begins with excuses: Our loss of revenue was due to the 'macro' economic down turn. BS. 1. That's no way to begin an annual report. If I am critical - it goes in the recycle bin right there and then.
Here's a tip: Pick a value. Pick truth - or trust - or beauty. Just pick one. Build your designs and formats around it, and offer it to clients. Follow on the following month with another value. Essentially, you need the Porsche of products to capture the money. Good products sell themselves. At least they help. Make it happen, and I hope I never see another annual report from VCI that begins with excuses.
