Simply stop buying shares of CDTI. The market maker is taking the stock down, it does not matter now.
We could bring the steam in, on great news, and the market maker would merely distribute shares at $3+ and then bring the stock down to $2.00 to $2.20. What they are doing is criminal.....................but it is what it is.
CDTI needs to be alerted, as does the SEC. But there is virtually no reason to continue to purchase shares.
The market maker will not allow the share price to rise. There is virtually no reason on a valuation basis that CDTI is not at $4 to $6. But at least now everyone understands why their investment continues to go nowhere.
Span---Yet again have you contacted TD Ameritrade re your orders-----first and foremost you must make your broker aware of the situation ----before you go to the SZEC web site and file a formal complaint----1st question the SEC wants to know is " Have you contacted your broker' The the SEC wants to know your broker's response.
Lastly---to the best of my knowledge DBTUNR is wrong---CDTI is a NMS[ National Market Security] stock subject to all the tradinf NASDAQ regulations as any other NMS stock IE.. MSFT.
I suggest you contact the IR dept of CDTI to confirm what I say is fact.CDTI is a NMS stock.
Once CDTI confirms that Tell TDameritrade you want to know which Market Maker their order flow is directed and suggest strongly you want it directed elsewhere. In any event at least begin to lodge complaints where they might help---This Board is not the place to complain!!!!
Agreed, but the market maker is not doing this just for kicks. There is a reason why the MM is taking the price down. Only two reasons: there is a seller and/or an increasing short position. I don't know of any other reason do you?
Yes, GS................Hunter is right. Everyone, myself included, has wondered why?, Why is the stock continually hammered down. Answer: A corrupt and self dealing market maker. As Hunter so accurately pointed out, a low volume stock, in this case 10K to 75K shares per day is easy to control.
My problem with the deal is when buy offers are not accurately portrayed and posted.
Stop buying shares, and yours truly will clean this entire situation up one day. One day you will awake, and someone will be offering to buy 51% of all outstanding at $3. $4. or $5 per share.
Who knows, let the market maker destroy the value of the company it will just be easier to acquire shares and take control of the enterprise.
1. Breeze & Co. have done everything they said they would do.
2. Patent portfolio worth $50 to $75 million today.
3. As Hunter pointed out, market cap is 30% of 1X revenues (outrageously low valuation).
4. The best is yet to come with both Honda and Pirelli.
5. Spanspur believes in Breeze and Nikil.
6. CDTI scientific team continues to innovate.
7. CDTI is rediculously valued considering its involvements.
8. CDTI is well funded and will be around for a long time.
