    other info

i was not aware that the brothers personally take more than a million dollars a year in cash out of the company...plus paid healthcare, autos, food, travel, cell phones, and incidentals...

i see now why there is a good argument to keep the company public...and to bring other subsidiaries public....each will provide a great paycheck...

interesting that the company had a net income in 2004 of 2.8 million...and the brothers took more than 1 million....

    • That's what I have been saying, look how much they took out just last last month from that dividend payment.

They own the majority of the shares, what better way to get cash by paying a dividend.

      I sold all my shares.

Since they have the ability to pay themselves whatever they want, why bother with a dividend? Why not just give themselves cash bonuses? They could save the money that they gave to the minor shareholders like me if they did it that way! And if they don't care about shareholders, why not delist the stock and save the TON of money that it costs to be listed on the NASDAQ? The conspiracy theory just totally falls apart. But I'm glad you sold your shares. The IQ of the average WILCF shareholder rose dramatically when you did that. ;) Zac
