Clayton will now file a complaint to the SEC on behalf of all investors.
I am contacting Shalov Stone & Bonner LLP to file a class action lawsuit agains The Motley Fool.
Who wants to join in?
I DID AND SO WILL CLAYTON ON BEHALF OF ALL SIRIUS INVESTORS.
Clayton wants The Montley Fool's to pay for their attempt to bring down SIRI stcck with their timely released opinions and bias articles on a growing company for personal gain.
IT'S GOING TO BE AN ALL-OUT WAR AGAINST THE FOOLS.
This is the same thing that the ENRON guys did to California's old ladies manipulating the energy.
Juries, specially old ladies, are not fond of crooks like the morons at The Fool's that try to take advantage of weak investors that sell a stock in fear of what they read from The Fools.
The Motley Fool's days are numbered.
Many other Class Action Lawsuits will follow from other companies that fell prey to the malicious actions of The Montley Fool's for stock manipulation.
GOD BLESS AMERICA
When the SEC begins it's investigation on The Motley Fools, they will subpoena all the phone records from not only the offices, but cell phones, pagers and e-mails alike.
Then they will find out who benefited from the fool's articles and go after them as well.
It's called STOCK MANIPULATION under the cover of press.
THE FOOL'S ARE SCREWED
Some folks at CNBC were also caught doing the same thing you guys did and but got off easy beacuse GE owns NBC, CNBC and half of MSNBC.
The Motley Fool does not have a giant like GE to back them up so I am sure that they will get what they deserve. The SEC knows that The Motley Fool played the same games during the internet bubble but now it's time to pay up.
What an idiot you are. There are hundreds of longs here who bought in under $1 and even under $2 who have already seen double and triple baggers. Many others have been in and out, making a very tidy sum. And you call this a junk stock?
Get your sweet ass back to the Motley Fool coffee clutch. Your arrogance is not welcome here.
