    My take on stock valuation

In a few years Sirius will have over 50 million subs. At that point there revenue will be around 16 billion a year. Harley Davidson does 6 billion and has 25% of the shares that Sirius has. Harley has more tangible cost for tools, motorcycle parts etc. Harley has split around 7 or eight times and in now at around $60 dollars a share. So in closing I see no reason why Sirus can't be a 70-80 dollar stock in 2 or 3 years. One more thing the 50 million subs number might be a little low.

    • Your take on stock valuation is crap...you have to look at more than just share price with regards to a stock's valuation...you need price AND number of shares outstanding. Sirius has over 1.2 billion shares in the marketplace, giving it a $9.6 Billion market cap. Harley Davidson has only 263 millon shares outstanding...with a price of around $61 per share, its market cap is $17.85 Billion.

You mention that SIRI will be a $60 stock....while it very well could one day, wih the current number of shares outstanding, it's market cap would be $75 Billion, 33% more than Disney's market cap of $56 Billion.

It's nice to be optimistic, but you also need to be realistic, and look at shares outstanding, revenue, etc. when valuing a stock.

    • Well said! Great valuation! Go siri Go!

    • Dont forget Ad revenue!

    • 6 splits since 1988. The chart from this time period to now looks awesome. Hope Sirius shows similar results.
