How can we stop government employees with no college making 100k.
Can it be stopped? A young kid I know with no college just got a job making 61k a yr, another gentleman at work whose mom has no college at all, is a GS-15. Thats roughly 85k a year.How come individuals with a degree start at about 25k a year in private sector.

dsc20601, We could have Lowes run the country. Then we could hire people with 4-year BA degrees for $13.24/hr and never give them raises. We would get what we pay for though.
