Hmm I'm wondering if something is in the works. These are big funds that rarely buy sub 4 dollar stocks. PE is rather high, but revenue growth is pretty amazing. Looks like a great entry point. I'm thinking there is some new development in the works, thoughts?
It's a good long term company and there are many developments and catalysts. I'll list them for you:
1. car market trending up toward historically norm of 16 million/yr 2. penetration in new cars 65% 3. growing, active penetration in used car which is a vast market 4. one more satellite launch next month and no more for 5 to 7 yrs, meaning limited capex and increased cash flow 5. small price increase in Jan that goes right to bottom line; being handled very well and will have minimal impact on church 6. new line up of Hispanic channels; huge market and this will reduce churn 7.new platform, SIRI 2.0 and new hardware with two dozen more channels, greater functionality for on-demand public needs 8.lower reacquisition costs for talent, increasing cash flow 9. record number of subscribers and looks like 4th quarter to be stellar in terms of subscriber growth, FCF growth 10. you have at least two parties, Dish and Liberty salivating for big stake or total ownerships of SIRI. Why? The NOLs alone translate into about 2-3 billion cash and the free cash flow is growing to scary levels 11. rumors that Liberty is currently negotiating to up stake, possibly double stake by 3/2012, when all restrictions on NOLs are removed
Correction....NOL's worth in the neighborhood of 9 billion!!!!!!!!!
Don't forget the inactive radios that can be turned on at anytime, and please don't forget that replacement cost of the worth of the compnay is over 30 billion.
Oh one more thing......SIRI exposure in the market is to about 320 million people, and 22 million of those are subs.......imagine what happens once they venture into the Hispanic countries and or Asia and Europe!!!!!
Oh yes Virginia......there is a Santa Claus, and he loves SIRI too!!!!!!!!!!!!
