What a ride - Dig into NUMBERS for RISK/REWARD ratio
SHOCKING -- I just did that exact calculation !!
Slightly different numbers...but it leads to this INSANE interpretation. 6 cent (per share beat) times 18.4 MM share = beat of $1,104,000 800+ stores = squeeze an extra $1,380 out of each store in 90 days (1 quarter) In other words ONLY $15.33 per day !!
Short term RESULT: Add $12 x 18.4 MM to market capitalization = OVER $ 220 MILLION DOLLARS I guess it "might" make sense if it was sustainable @ 40% growth over 2-5 years. Right now they are hoping for 20% EPS growth in 2012.
Buyer beware at these levels. IMHO
