cracks didn't bring HFC down. it was downgraded last week from CSFB and it dropped from 34.75 or so to 33.85 and then closed at 34.15. the next day news of some pipeline opening up in 2014 from Paris to london and HFC goes down to the 31's. Pure BS to me but hey, what do I know about the price of tea in china.
