Dude, mentality/ethics in China are just so different. The society looks up upon monetary success and does not give a rats how the success was achieved. As long as you are wealthy and pay off gov officials well, even the biggest fraudsters or wealthy contaminated medicine/food sellers can be awarded Chinese top 10 most outstanding person award.

I just tried their web site in English. It works very well , it is fast and well designed.
I suppose the new auditor will make minor adjustments in their quaterly report.
As UTA is very undervalued, i think it will be a matter of a day before it resumes its uptrend.
