At this rate we'll be below 10 by the end of next week. Better hope we get news. Buying is nonexistent now, sellers can take it below 10 in a day on bigger volume. Down over 5% now on a measly amount of shares.
Okay thanks. But usually warrant holders can just exercise into stock whenever they want? They dont have to wait for it to be called? (Talking about warrants in general.) I think they were just like options where you can exercise them whenever you want. Or is MDGN a rare case where you cant exercise whenever you want?
When they call the warrants you have three options. 1. Call your broker who will transfer the $6 a share from you to MDGN and you receive the shares, with a delay depending on the broker situation. 2. You can sell the warrants. 3. Hold the warrants and decide what to do in the next 30 days.
Once the warrants are called, that's it. No stopping it.
