I believe this gentleman will add 0 by his appointment. He (not certain if Grano Sr. or Grano Jr.) was associated with another bankrupt company called UNRG. He gets a big upfront inducement that basically helps to cap stock at $4.99 at present. 100,000 shares to sell "at will". Not bad for lending his name. Not a good announcement IMHO. Possibly a little hard up to show the investment community that they have a former bigwig friend of Wall Street in their corner to help with future bank financing. Hope I am proven wrong.
