The fact that there are 32 million outstanding shares and 16 million shares shorted suggests that there are a lot of funds that need to keep this stock down or they're going to lose their shorts. The fact that Jefferies raised their target price to $52 bodes well for QCOR. This is most likely a good buying opportunity.
The short sellers HAVE to try and keep this stock down for the next few days. Options expire on Friday so the big players that sold Calls want to keep it down and the short sellers obviously want to keep it down. After Friday there will probably be a move UP unless the overall market continues in a correction; imo.
