I doubt that they would accept anything valued below $50. So even if they were courted for $40 a share, I bet it would be put up to shareholder vote and rejected. So if they really want to make this happen they have to come to the table with an offer that substantially increases the value. As the headlines today mention QCOR is a potential target because of its potential value. IMHO
What big pharma wants, big pharma gets.....QCOR.....Money is no object.
It is easier to just buy it than go through all of the research and development necessary.
MF wrote the article about big pharma wanting some acquisitions and then listed QCOR
as a possible acquisition at the bottom of the page...
It is clear to me....If they buy QCOR, they get everything and then continue making money
on this CASH COW.
