Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (QCOR) Message Board

    Intended impact...

As many of you know our little company has been, is and likely will remain subject to a fair amount of turbulance thanks to shorts, day traders, lunatic bloggers and other members of their fringe. NOTHING has changed BUT the INTENDED IMPACT is to make retail longs nervous and help overleveraged shorts try to get themselves out with some amount of skin. Their Intended Impact works as is evidenced by the downhill side of the roller coaster experienced past few days (or weeks if you go back to $36+ post earnings)...and I know this not just by reading this board but by the approx. dozen or so friends and family who are firing off emails or phone calls wanting to know what the hell is going on with Questcor.

The answer to them is the same as I have posted here repeatedly. Questcor is one of the most shorted stocks (#4 on Nasdaq last count) and subject to predation from those shorts and their minions working the system (AKA Manipulation)...Nothing has changed in terms of the outlook for this company. The P/E is now beyond ridiculously low and forward P/E is acutely absurd. THIS COMPANY IS A TRIPLE THREAT:

    1. Yield...current dividend yield is 3.5% (and really protects from any long term downside, especially from here).
    2. Growth...109% in 2012 and ANALYST CONSENSUS FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS IS 35%
    3. Value...IF it were not for all the noise beginning last September Questcor would already be at or near triple figures...So the question is do you want to put faith in their ACTUAL RESULTS or the endless noise being created by some very skilled manipulators trying to avoid going broke when the stock actually moves toward fundamental value???
