Guess I was wrong. Here is all that I found that I don't think would apply to QCOR.
Timing: An issuer with an average trading volume less than $1 million per day or a public float value below $150 million is unable to trade within the last 30 minutes of trading. Companies with higher average-trading-volume or public float value can trade up until the last 10 minutes.
You are right js, the volume picked up perceptibly the last 3 transactions, which included the trades @ 4:00, 4:01 and 4:03. All at 59, 58.99 and 59.04. There is no question stock is being accumulated. The month of October appears to be an exciting and profitable one for all of us longs. Notice the shorties are notably missing, especially jonzzzzzz and his turd.
I've noticed that also. They bulldozed the shorts the last 10min. Shorty had to get an AH tiny jab to bring it below 59. They don't want this running away from them too fast. Hopefully big boy or who ever keeps it up.
