good point..could be better that what many expect. But, it is already very hard to get approval for Acthar anyway. The bar is high, which is the main reason QCOR has spent so much time and resources bring the prescription and customer support "in house".
Aetna I have heard from a number of informed sources is one of the most difficult to deal with. And if Aetna managed to come up with something more adverse than they already have, they comprised about 5% of revenue last year.Factor in Q's growth since and perhaps Aetna may now only be 2-3%?
But do we know if there are any other updates next week that we should be concerned about? Seems like Aetna already shocked us last year with their updates to not cover.. The fear last year wasn't that so much business went to Aetna it was more that other companies would follow and Aetna was just the first ... in my mind, at this point Aetna can update all they want, makes no difference, BUT, if somebody else were to take a similar stance I could see that causing more of a stir..
