Byron King Editor of OI: Msg to Message Boards

Message From Byron King, Editor -in Chief of Outstanding Investments, publish by Agora Publishing

    "
Out in the blogosphere -- on the stock-picking chat rooms, where the advice is "free" (and it shows) -- you can, in places, see the disdain with which UEC and HRP are held by some people.

More than a few bloggers seem not to understand the business plan or the technical side of the UEC and HRP operations. The most vicious bloggers have surely never met either company's CEO or the employees, nor seen the assets up close.

In short, negative bloggers do what they do very well, which is talk smack. My most-charitable view is that the loudest voices of gratuitous negativity are day traders who care only about following momentum for a few cents per share. In a world where you eat what you kill, first you have to kill something. Which is another way of saying that these bloggers would sell their grandma's mortgage note.

On the other hand, I've actually been to Texas and seen the UEC operation. I've been to Houston -- and Namibia -- to see what HRP has up its sleeve. I use my real name when I write about companies, not some screen alias. And I drink my milk from a glass, not a saucer.

    • So are there any guesses of what the stock price could do if they hit pay dirt in Nambia and is this a one trick pony or do they have other things in the works? Its hard to find any info on this company.

I've been reading Byron King for several years as a subscriber to his Outstanding Investments news letter. and I've done very well with his advice. I know Byron King knows the oil business as well as anybody on this earth, and I will continue to subscribe to his news letter for the remainder of my life. Byron King told all his subscribers that this HRT is a crap shoot, but he felt it was a good risk due to the management running this outfit. As long as Byron King keeps his faith in this company, then I'll continue to hold it, and if fundamentals improve, I'll buy more. King has made me a lot of money, and his news letter is rated among the very best. If not for Byron King, I wouldn't have invested a dime in this puppy. Read some of his news letters and maybe it will convince you that King is a very astute and honest individual that knows the energy business. He also has a very impressive resume as a US Navy pilot and a guy with a law degree from a well known Ivey League University. King travels all over the world doing his research, and he knows the right people.

        Sentiment: Hold

    • Thanks for the information.
I am really exciting about the potential of this company. I was first a buyer with Universal power, and then doubled my position after the alliance with bp-tnk, and then again when the stock was at 1.5. This story needs to continue with a big oil find. I belive in this companys ability to succeed.
