It sure seems mighty strange that you showed up now to inform us of you being out of IDCC. Just when the money is about to be rolling in and you elect to be out. When did you sell out at $16.00, or was that where you shorted the stock at.
If you really had been in IDCC for years you in no way would be out of it now, so I honestly think you are lying, and yes you are probably out and short, but you will most likely be getting back in to cover.
