Question for the board
With the sale of Nortel IP's for $4.5 b and the reports citing analysts estimating a sale of IDCC will bring $5 b or more , why are we trading at a market value of only $3 b.

It is a likely deal, but it is not a guaranteed deal. Otherwise the stock would be trading just under the takeout price and volume would dry up.
