    IMO...Intel Gets IDCC for free....

Pretty simple..float a $5 billion dollar bond..use the net income from IDCC to pay the interest rate.

    That's assuming get $100 a share.

This bond deal has potentially compelling implications.

    • INTC could easily be part of a group bidding and the part of the 5 billion that is for corp purposes is monies for their part of the bid.

    • INTC will never buy out IDCC for $100 a share.

Maybe a cash offer and some exchange of shares or a merger outright.

If they buy IDCC, they will get them for over $150 per share.

Unless INTC and IDCC merge, INTEL will need a consortium to Purchase IDCC.

This is JMO and everyone is entitled to one.

      Best to All Longs..

    • This is JMO:

I have posted both on this board and the IHUB board concerning a Hook-up with INTC.

I could care less how it gets done, but this is in the best interest to all concerned.

Even if this turns out to be a would work to increase shareholder value tremendously.

I understand that there are a lot of Qualcomm holders out there, but a Hook-up with INTC would propel the combined companies to supreme Valuations.
