    IDCC needs to come forward

even if it is with their tail between their legs. It's going to be embarrassing for them to announce no deal, but it is best for the shareholders in the long run. They have had a long enough vacation from being held accountable, and all the while it appears accomplished nothing. But as a result of the convertible offering, for which they have done nothing with the proceeds as they had indicated, they have also managed to set the stock up for dilution down the road. Of course, dilution does not occur until the 60s, and they have and will probably continue to do a good job of preventing the stock from reach that level. So you probably don't have to worry about dilution.

    Hope this helps.
