    3rd update w/ unknown vendor

IDCC is beginning to sound like a pump and dump now with these speculative news flows of licensees of little or no importance.

    • The thing is that IDCC has license agreements with hundreds of companies. So I would agree that it would appear silly to announce these small deals. However, mgmt has a major credibility problem, and I suppose they want to show investors they are doing something. The point isn't to do something, its to grow the company and renewal or add 4g to current licenses.

They should have not 3, but hundreds of these types of deals. So that expectation is I believe already reflected in analyst estimates. What will make of break this stock is their success in signing deals with the big players. Until then, this is bound to meet selling pressure. As for your pump and dump analysis, you need just look at the SA process. The pump and dump has occurred. Hey if they can pump it back to $70s that would be fine with me...although its not really good for the long term investor.
