its Quarterly Report for the period ended November 30, 2012, because certain accounting and
documentation work required for the completion of the review of the Company’s financial
statements could not, without unreasonable effort or expense, be prepared and provided to the
Company’s independent accountants early enough to allow for the completion of their review of
the financial statements prior to the prescribed due date. Thus, the Company requires additional
time to properly complete and file its Quarterly Report for the period ended November 30, 2012.
