    Any takers?

Waldron has invited us to give items to vote on for teh 2005 annual meeting. LEt's see.how many can we come up with. Remember...you can request they be non binding votes......or binding. Hiring a real PR Agency should be the first binding vote. From there all my suggestions go way down hill.....that is in terms of how it would sting mgmt in their eyes.

    <<....YEAR 2005 STOCKHOLDER PROPOSALS.....

As a long time (sufferer) of the way Mgt. acts/promotes Scyclone, at times poorly but mostly by not disclosing the importand information that many longs on this board have discovered, my first impression would be to agree.
However, please tell me what good it would do to spend the monies for a PR agency if this same Mgt. continues with the "hiding" of information from all, INCLUDING the proposed PR agency?

    • Here's your big chance to propose your SEC investigation of the Yahoo message board conspiracy to all of the stockholders. After all this stock has gone through I am sure all of the institutional stockholders could use a good laugh. Get right on it and be sure to keep everyone on the board informed of your progress.
P.S. We are all still waiting for you to post the names of the so called bashers that mia asked you for last week.

    • How about, "the BOD will replace all current senior management within 120 days of the close of the 2005 annual meeting. Further the BOD will hire professional, experienced replacements for the senior management who will have as one of their primary concerns the stockholders of the company and the stock price of SCLN.

    • Sure I'll write. Who's the Secretary of the company? Waldron or someone else? Does one need anything but a simple request,e.g., I request, etc. etc., that Sciclone hire, within 90 days of the close of the 2005 annual meeting, a reputable, professional Public Relations Firm whose function it will be to promote through press releases, stories in publications, and all other means availalbe positive awareness of Sciclone inc.

    • Snogreen:

Since you have the exact due date, and the exact address, and you have spent a great deal of time thinking about the proposal...

Are you going to personally, yourself, submit an actual binding proposal to force the company to hire an external PR agency?

Because if you aren't, I think you've lost all credibility as a poster by harping about it every single day for weeks. But if you are, hats off to you! I'll vote for it.
