I believe you are right. SCLN is under valued so there are buyers but the options expire today and the MM's will keep this below a $5 pps. This has happened many times in the past. Next week will be better.
This looks to be a case of 1) option settlement 2) selling by a large holder who is gauging the impact of negative surprises should they come.
I don't see bad outcomes from the latest company discussion with analysts. Wholesaler inventory levels did look high but, a recent agreement with a large wholesaler who has access to more volume purchases, with sales support from SCLN demonstates good reactions by the company to the issue. Working the sales channel is what is needed and if they succeed then sales collaborations with the big pharmas can be sustained and grow.
